1. What is the Patrick Malloy Communities Design Center?
   Patrick Malloy Communities Design Center is furnished and staffed to assist you in transforming your new house into a home. The PMC Design Center is where you will choose all of your interior and exterior selections to personalize your new home. All selections will be completed under one roof!
2. What options will I be offered at the Design Center?
   You will have many choices from cabinetry, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures and more! Patrick Malloy Communities is proud to offer many well-known brand name options that add quality and value to your new home.
3. What are some of the brand names offered at the Design Center?
   Many high quality brands including Shaw Flooring, Mannington, Sherwin Williams, Delta Faucets and Frigidaire Appliances are available at the Design Center.
4. May I include the cost of additional options in my loan?
   Yes! With today’s low interest rates, you are able to personalize your new home for just a few dollars a day.
5. May I go to the Design Center to see the available options before making my selections final?
   A scheduled Preview Appointment will be offered to all of our Pre-Sale homeowners. A Preview Appointment will also be offered to our homeowners purchasing a market home depending on the stage of construction. At the Preview Appointment, a one-on-one consultation will take place with one of our Design Center Representatives. At the completion of the Preview Appointment, you will receive a list of your selections including pricing. A Preview Appointment will give you the opportunity to review your selections and your budget before finalizing your selections.
6. What should I do to best prepare for my visit to the Design Center?
   Before your scheduled appointment, your Design Center Representative will send you an information packet which will include several prices sheets, a homeowner checklist outlining all the options available to you, and a map to the Design Center. We also encourage you to browse through one of our neighborhoods to view exterior options, explore different design elements and upgrade alternatives. Once you see an item that interests you, write down the neighborhood and lot and bring your questions to us.
